Yahoo finance not updating real time
With all the ads thrown in (all around the page) it is extremely difficult to remain focused. Lord help you if you use the portfolio page for trading. I think it's been about a year since Yahoo unveiled its new Yahoo finance site. It's bad enough that Yahoo did nothing to stop the trolling and flaming on the old site.Usefull info seems to get burried under a think layer of adverts. Does anyone know a better site where you can track your stocks? It's hard to believe this is part of - finance.is actually useful. I do hate the sponsored ads in the middle of normal articles. At the time it received horrible reviews Absolutely horrible. But now the comments are listed in order of people's "reactions". They took a site that could be used for individual investors looking for basic information and turned it into an absolute, complete, total mess. They have changed from one format to another and were excoriated about that move by the users. Now Yahoo is making it even easier by lying that they solved a temporary network error message when they have not.
Navigation through the relevant info is quite difficult. The "comments" section was replaced by a "conversations" tab.I love the website and I was reluctant to move on, but I've had it.The countless problems I encounter trying to use it have become too much.People buying and selling stocks want a consensus input. It's a hassle, as I have been here a long time, but reading this garbage in place of a simi balance look a the world of business wastes my time.I have seen a good number of Argus recommendations that are way off. I'm not sure when this changed but I think it was a year or 2 after the election.
